Internet speed drops drastically?

I have the following problem. My laptop (Dell XPS 15 9550) recently has very bad downstream values (about 1Mb / s). I have made several speed tests and it always starts high (about 15Mb / s) and then falls heavily (about 1Mb / s). I have the same speedtest with other devices and everything normal.

P.S. I got the network adapter on Intel (R) Wireless-AC 9260 160MHz a couple of months ago.
