My laptop is relatively old and it crashes often, so that a blue picture appears and it then restarts. This time it crashed so many times in a row and then came a black screen with the Windows icon. Now it has been saying "repairs are being carried out" for a little more than 2 hours.
If I were to press the power button for a long time, i.e. Restart it, would my data be broken?
What should I do?
LG and thank you very much
This automatic repair comes by itself because Windows tries to fix the error of the crash, but if it hangs for two hours after that it sounds as if it had crashed so in the best case you can switch off and on again there will then be 7 seconds press a key or automatic repair will start. If the Windows computer crashes so often I would reinstall Windows again.
