Hi, my laptop has not been powered up for a while and I've tried a lot.
Some people around me say the latest Windows 10 update could be at fault.
whenever I want to start it up the message "automatic repair is carried out" and seconds later "diagnosis of the PC is carried out" comes. And then it comes down to the pictures.
1. Troubleshooting → Reset PC I've tried many times

2. → Advanced options

3. → Picture → I already tried a lot from there

can someone help me?

I would select from the second picture "Reset this PC".
Then the following picture would appear on the screen:

Here I would choose the first option: keep my own files.

However, during recovery, apps / programs you have installed will be deleted.
If you have MS Office installed, it will also be deleted. If necessary, first secure the MS Office Product Key

Before you start, connect the laptop because of possible driver downloads via LAN (network cable) to the Internet.

As a precaution, be sure to back up your data to another partition (if available) or to an external disk.

If nothing really works and the data does not matter Windows will be reset.

Either with an ISO from Microsoft or if available with the recovery partition (delivery state)

If you still need the data from the hard drive then you need to backup it first. You can do this by removing the HDD and connecting it to another PC or by starting your notebook with a Linux Livestick and moving the data to a USB stick.

I had the problem with a friend who had no access after an "October update".

I really recommend to check all the options and then first reinstall, where after selecting the option Reset PC "Remove All" a new error message is displayed where the system claims that no access is possible because the hard disk is locked, However, a diskpart check did not reveal a locked system. If so, only a reinstallation with format the HDD remains.

If you do not have a grip and are somewhat familiar, you can also try to restore the access rights for all users. Remove HDD, install in an external housing, connect to another PC via USB, then via right-click, security, the access rights for all release again.

In the October updates so some computers have been shredded in my circle of acquaintances.
