Which Wlan router to take with Vodafone?

I would like to change my tariff and I'm the wireless cable router from Vodafone available for free and the HomeBox FRITZ! Box 6490 for a month. Surcharge of 4,99 euro. My question is, which router should one take or there are drastic differences for a normal household (4 smartphones 1 Tablet 2 laptops 1 television) whether one takes the standard or the FB.
