I'm close to despair. Have a Vodafone Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable connection and for 30 hours no Internet, but telephone already. A call to the hotline has meant that "technicians" look at the connection. 1 hour later I got a text message that no problem was detected and thus the case for Vodafone was done. But it is still nothing. Wi-Fi reception is there, but only services like WhatsApp (plain text messages (no image shipping), google searches are also possible, search results are loaded, but the sites do not load if you click on them The same happens with the laptop with a connected LAN cable - so it's not a WLAN problem, but a general problem with the Internet The router was already disconnected, not a success The router was rescued, no success Can't I do that? This problem came from nowhere…
Since Vodafone does not feel responsible, I hope for help here…
