Is the camera image black on Skype?

I want to use Skype on my laptop. But the camera picture is always black. I use the built-in camera on my laptop. I have Windows 10. Skype can access my camera, I have already released the privacy settings for Skype. But it still doesn't work. Does anyone know the problem?

Remove the sticker from the camera.
