I would really like Halo or Forza Horizon 4, but unfortunately these are Microsoft titles that can't be played on Sony's Playstation 4.

My question is whether I can link my Windows laptop to the Playstation and then play games for the laptop on the PS4.

AND can you possibly also play steam games on the PS4?
