Which laptop for Planet Zoo?

Unfortunately I only have one Mac and I love these games. Since this is unfortunately only available for Windows, I'm considering buying a laptop or pc… For as little money as possible.
which would be enough so that I can play without stuttering?

In my opinion, this is not worth it for a single game.
If you want to buy a new device, it has to be reasonable and not exactly enough for Planet Zoo.
