Pc sound and Xbox sound + picture on one monitor at the same time?

I wanted to know if I can hear or see the sound from my laptop and the sound and picture from my Xbox on a headset because I'm talking to friends on my laptop via Discord, but the game is playing on Xbox.

I would appreciate an answer.
