How can photos stop appearing on Windows?

Whenever I connect my cell phone to my laptop (with USB cable), the Photos app appears. In the past, this wasn't the case until someone I knew used my laptop. Does anyone know how I can stop this sudden "pop"?

Right click on your cell phone and you can turn it off under "take action"
