PC upgrade or game capture card?

I have a PC with the following specs

Ryzen 5 2600 6 cores

2x8 GB DDR4 Ram

MSI b450 Bazooka v2 with 2 Ram Slots and AM4 Socket

Radeon RX580 OC 8gb graphics card

120GB SSD

1tb HDD

I'm streaming through this!

Sometimes the stream and processor are lagging and ram is mostly full

Graphics card only 50%

I also have a laptop

With an 8th generation i5

8gb ram

and a bad Radeon graphics card!

Now my question is it makes more sense to UPGRADE my PC or stream it with an Elgato over the laptop!

What's better now?

It depends on how much money you would invest in an upgrade
