Stream with Dual PC with capture card?

I'd like to stream a bit on Twitch, my games are running smoothly, but the stream is jerky too much. Since I still have a pretty good laptop, I would like to transfer image and sound from the PC via a capture card to the laptop and then stream over it.

My question would be whether it is sufficient to connect the laptop and the PC with the capture card as an intermediate piece so if a capture card synonymous image and sound and if you possibly have recommendations for a cheap.

The hardware is enough that's not the problem. Is it just me if a capture card is enough or if I need other connections.

The Capture Card transmits the picture, the sound you just have to get over it, this should be a normal audio cable. On Youtube there's a good video for such a setup, just search for streaming with two PCs

I've already looked around a bit but in the last said with the program Audio Repeater I could let the whole thing with the HDMI cable via the capture card transfer. I'll give it a try.
