Is Intel UHD graphics enough for Sims 4?

No, or yes, if you don't use mods and CCs, but even then there will be unsightly dropouts. This is due to the weak iGPU and the bad drivers.

SIMS 4 has already become considerably more complex, even if you install the packs.

Much better and cheaper. Always better, but it works pretty well from Ryzen 3.

Well, never mind… I can tell you from my own experience because my daughter plays SIMS 4 and I was able to experience the misery with the 💩 Intel iGPUs myself. No matter whether Intel 605,620 or 630.
