Wanted to know what your experience with msi has been so far? How long did it take until you got your product back in your hands? Or how long did an exchange take?
My msi notebook (GF65) has blown a resistor and I don't know whether it will be repaired or simply replaced and would therefore like to know how long it usually takes?
p.s my notebook has to go to poland.
So I ordered a msi monitor about 2 months ago (Amazon) 32 inches blah blah. In any case, I had a pixel bug and sent it back. I don't know exactly how it is with Amazon and the msi repairs and where you ordered. But for me it took about 2 weeks but it can also be that I just got a new model sent to me. Nevertheless, I can tell you it shouldn't take longer than 8 weeks.
Ok well then i hope it won't take too long!
