The following problem, namely I have in my Win 10 Lappi 2 weeks ago, the hard drive must exchange because Windows did not boot properly.
But I did not want to play anything new on this hard disk, because there are relatively important things on it.
So I added a hard disk as fast as possible and installed Windows on it, because my laptop has 2 hard disk connections, so I connected it to maybe save a few files.
But 2 weeks ago, when I did that, I hooked it up after Windows installation, and quite normal from the others boot.
But then Windows is no longer started, so my question What could be the problem?
The problem is probably the 2nd Defective Hard Drive. Disconnect and try again to boot
Is the new hard disk also defined as the first boot medium in the BIOS?
The MBR is responsible for something like that. (Master Boot Record)
However, I would look in bios if the hard drive is also mentioned as a BOOT medium and is on top of the Bott order.
If you have Windows on the laptop on the new hard drive installed.
After Windows has booted normally, and only then have the other disk connected, and windows no longer bottet, it is probably due to the old plate, which vorrängtelt in the boot order.

PS: There's also the possibility to connect the plate via USB via various adapters.
Windows Bootet yes normal Maybe I made something wrong, but when I had infected the old hard drive 2 weeks ago was with the New Windows like petrified. And now I would like to have all the files gone.

Then, as mentioned below, try first if the new one bottet alone. If that's okay, then use a TOOL to connect the old disk via USB, as long as it has no hardware damage. Pull the data and make it clean "wipen" then use it as a secondary, should go.
