Install windows 10 in safe mode?

I made an update on my laptop and since then I have not been able to start it. Either the loading screen comes and it stops loading or a blue screen appears and it is restarted again or I can press F8 and use it to go into safe mode. I can't create Windows 10 installation media and I can't install Windows either. Could someone help me reset my lapotop?

Simply a bios mistake.

Check the bios settings.

Correct BIOS setting:

AHCI> Enabled

Boot 1> Windows 10 USB stick or CD

Boot 2> HDD / SSD (Attention AHCI must be activated)

If you don't have a UEFI, then install Windows 10 without UEFI.
