Changing the settings for headphones on the laptop?

I got a real headset recently, and wanted to connect it to the laptop. But ds Mirkrofon does not work now. Whenever I plugged in connection I got a small menu where I choose whether the device is now audio input, output… Etc, is. But I put it on Standert audio output, so that the mic is not recognized on the laptop. Can someone tell me where to find this menu?

Click on the up arrow on the bottom right of the taskbar, then click on the speaker icon. Should work if you have the Realtek Audio driver installed (which I suspect).

Because drivers I have insterliert, but if I go to the speaker icon, I can only change the volume, as here in the screenshot

I did not mean the speaker that I mean is in the menu that pops up when you click on the arrow and looks more like a satellite.

I think I found what you mean. What should i do here now?
