Headphones are not recognized on the laptop?

I have a problem like this

Today my headphones stopped working when I put my headphones out and then put them back in.

Nothing is displayed anymore

The laptop does not recognize the headphones

Then I restarted.

Unfortunately it didn't work either.

Then I tried the following.

I shut down my laptop

Then I put my headphones in.

It worked, but the microphone didn't work. (so I could only hear my friends not talk to them…)

Everything works on my cell phone.

Then I did the same (shutdown, etc.) and put my little headphones in this time.

Everything worked

But they are more uncomfortable and the sound is not that good.

The large headphones were also not displayed in the system settings

If you have a Windows laptop, you can right-click on all devices that are deactivated in the Sound settings and you can then simply reactivate them manually
