How can I download a sound to my laptop from my cell phone?
What exactly do you mean by "sound" and what kind of cell phone do you have?
And what operating system is running on your laptop? Windows, Linux, MacOS,?
I have a sound, for one thing at school, recorded on my cell phone but I can't get it to transmit. Have a Huawei P20.

You need to connect your phone to the laptop with the data cable. You should get a pop-up on your mobile phone or a notification in which you select that you want to transfer data (do not select that you want to transfer photos). Now go to File Explorer in Windows and go to my computer. Your cell phone is now shown below. Now all you have to do is find the file. If you have recorded the audio file with the recorder on your mobile phone, it is best to rename it to a specific name. Now you can search for the file using the search function in the top right corner of your computer.
