I hope there are a few PC and Internet specialists here.
I've been living in a small apartment for a while now and so far I've been able to surf on the top floor via a repeater in the WLAN. The connection is pretty rancid, so right. In the download 3 Mbit and upload 0.3 and it is not on my 9 year old laptop. Elsewhere I can surf with up to 72 Mbps or whatever he is…
So now I would like to have my own thing. Then I could connect the laptop, which is always always in the same place, synonymous with the Ethernet cable on the router and save me continuous irradiation and finally have a useful connection. And I really do not need much. YouTube videos (max HD) and normal rumbles stop. Is really bad at the moment. Several things at once can kink.
According to Telekom check are probably 16 Mbit (V) DSL / fiber optic possible. I would like to be very classic, since there's no reception (for LTE etc.).
Now I have the same time checked the price at the Telekom and wonder if something like that in the month really cost 35 euro (the first 6 months only 20, blah blah) must? That would be the easiest rate with 16 in the download and 2.4 in the upload. So nothing special, as I would think.
Are they all that expensive? (I'm just a trainee, unfortunately no shared flat in which you could share it…)
Are there any really good offers or tips that you would have somewhere?
Look at Check24 (https://www.check24.de/dsl/verfuegbarkeit/) for what is best for you. There you can save a lot abnormally.
There are a few sites that even check what's going on at your address.
First, check which provider offers you access at all:

Thanks for the tip. Here it has revealed that there's a rate of O2, which is far cheaper than the others. Unfortunately, there's a throttling starting at 300GB, but I do not think I can do it despite occasional Netflix consumption. Let me think…
