Epic games launcher wants to start an update but has no connection

I want to install the Epic Games launcher on my Windows laptop. Unfortunately he shows me an error message "We're sorry. We're having connection problems. We'll try again"

I've already reinstalled it 2 times and nothing has changed for an hour and a half. If someone could help me, I would be very grateful.
