Laptop black screen or does not work anymore?

I turned off my laptop a few minutes ago and wanted to turn it on again, but the screen remains black. My battery was full, so it is not a dead battery. The light on the on / off button lights up, which means that my laptop is on (if it were off, it would not light up). I've tried every possible shortcut key, but none of them worked. My screen is still black. What else can I do?

Does it happen to me sometimes just try again and again for me it always works or connect the charging cable again and then try a few more times. But do not know how it is with you speak only from my experience
