Programs on the desktop are constantly shifting by themselves?

After I connected a third screen to my laptop for a short moment, my program icons have been shifting over and over again. I always put them in a row, but when the laptop goes into sleep mode everything is messed up again.

If someone can help me, go no further with Gooogle.
