I have a notebook and 2 other monitors. How do I have to set this now exactly in the display settings so that Notebook 1, the monitor in the middle 2, the left monitor 3 and 1/2 are to be duplicated and 3 an extension. Usually my notebook is always black on the screen because I don't actually need it, but somehow I have set something there and it no longer works. Now it's completely normalo duplicated to 2 and programs don't work because of the resolution or something. Does anyone have IDEAS?
Does your notebook actually have 2 extra monitor outlets?
You first have to connect your two monitors to the notebook. Once that's done, you should have listed your three monitors under Display Settings → Display (just right-click anywhere on the desktop). By clicking on "Identify" you will see the numbering, which will help you later with the setup.
Now, if you scroll down a little under "Multiple screens", you can set the respective role for the screen. From then on, everything depends on your personal preferences
I edited the question.
Windowstase + P - Expand.
Right click on the desktop, display settings. There you can set the monitors.
- What is your main monitor
- What order
