Has anyone ever heard of it?

I don't know exactly what happened to me during the night but maybe someone knows that and has an answer for me. I'm always very long awake at night or don't sleep at all, but when I'm long awake I usually sleep a little longer. In any case, when I wanted to put my laptop aside at around 4 or 5 in the middle of the night, I became white in front of my eyes, I couldn't move and I couldn't get any sound. That happened when I was in bed. I tried to call my mother and father, I gave my all to get a tone, but it just didn't work. I don't know how long that went on, but it was very bad for me… My mother was informed, but she thinks it was just a dream. Maybe that was it too, but I'm 95% sure that it was real and I don't want to see the doctor. Maybe someone knows what that could be or even had experience with it?

Google times "sleep paralysis" maybe it fits… Overall, rather harmless, if disturbing if you do not know it. If it occurs more often, talk to your family doctor.

That could have been sleep paralysis. Not dangerous, but very scary for those who have to experience it
