Is it possible to open a presentation from OpenOffice to PowerPoint?

I made a presentation on OpenOffice because I do not have PowerPoint. In school, however, it's the other way around, they only have PowerPoint. What should I do now? A teacher said, I should pull that on a usb stick and press Save as and then come options how I can save it. I did not really understand it. What should I do now? I could theoretically take the laptop and connect to a projector, right?

(In the picture you can see how I can save it, what should I choose?))

This is a presentation? I do not see a single file format used for presentations.

If you press "save as" normally, can't you select ppt / pptx? That would be the standard for PowerPoint.

That should work.

But I thought you can save under open office in powerpoint format, but that would be ppt

Maybe this helps

Are you sure you can save a presentation with this save option? That looks to me more like backing up graphics, images or similar. I do not think you can save a working presentation with this file format. Simply wrong file format.

No, that will not be shown to me. Do you think I should take the laptop with you? I mean actually would have to work, if I connect a beamer or?
