Usb stick on laptop with windows 10?

I wanted to transfer a PowerPoint presentation from my laptop with Windows 10 to a USB stick. It is a 2.0 high speed USB stick, unfortunately I can't find the USB stick on the laptop.

Maybe take a different USB port on your laptop or a different USB stick. Depending on this, a USB connection may be defective or the USB stick

I agree with LeonardCST's answer. May be that the USB port has a loose connection, or is broken.

Call up the disk management and check whether a partition with drive has been created on the stick.
