I have the following question. I want to convert a Word file into a PDF and save it and my laptop did this with microsoft edge. Now this opens in the internet browser and it was published online… Is my pdf still secure and only visible to me or can everyone see it now?
Depending on the Office version, this is a little easier:
Save menu
Then select the folder where you want to save
Select the PDF file type at the bottom of the window (scroll bar)
Then save
That was it here
You will probably open the file in Edge because Edge is set as the standard program for opening PDF files.
However, this does not mean that the file is automatically published on the Internet and can be seen by others.
