Fritzbox W-Lan too slow on the phone, on the laptop flawless?

The problem is that we have two laptops and about four cell phones connected to the W-LAN. The two laptops run perfectly, whereas ALL phones have interference. The apps load much too slowly, the Wi-Fi breaks off for a few seconds, etc. We bought the box just a month ago! On factory settings, we have reinstalled, but nothing helps! The customer service left a lot to be desired.

So do the IEEE 802.11ac or Wi-Fi 5 phones have these in the 5 GHz band?

If the laptops but work properly it will not be on the Fritz! Box lie and the customer service of AVM or dealer will not be able to help you. It will be on the smartphones, or on the premises or the wlans of the neighbors…
