Genshin impact does not start correctly?

I downloaded genshin impact and played it on my PC for a few days.

But now I'm somewhere else with my laptop for a week and downloaded it from there. Everything worked until I wanted to start it.

As usual, the security notification comes at the beginning and also the sound, but after about 10-20 seconds the game closes, but continues to run in the background, according to the task manager.

Can somebody tell me how to fix the problem in order to play or is it just not working?
