Linux Debian USB / CD boot problems (UEFI settings)?

I want to change my laptop to Linux Debian, so far so good. For booting Linux I created and tried several USB / CD sticks. I have already switched off the Secure Bot. Although I come to the menu where I between "graphics install; Install, etc.", but then after the selection of the USB stick or the CD to do something to do. (USB stick stops flashing / CD stops spinning).
My guess is that something in the UEFI settings does not fit.

Could someone please tell me somebody exactly how these settings should be, or if there's another problem.
On the Boot Sticks / CD's it is not in my opinion, because more all USB Stick Creator can't test.

Go to your bios and… Fastboot option off…

… Switch off the secure boot…

… Security or Secure on… Enabled… Ask.

Hope I could help you.

What did you do with the sticks? I use "Linux Live USB Creator" or Rufus.

Where did you get the ISO from the Debian site? Have you checked the checksum of the ISO?

Look at this article:

Which notebook?
Is a 64 bit CPU installed?
Or maybe you need a 32 bit Linux distribution?
Did you download the Debian Live version? This will boot your laptop and start the actual installation from live mode.
Is not the booting of the live distribution already working?

Please describe everything much more accurately, because there are too many things possible that just make your project fail.
