Very briefly: Our business laptop was occasionally used by a former coworker by Teamviewer, if we could not, of course only business. Now she has changed the login or password for the registration, because we have finished the employment.
The '' good '' is that the login was done with our business account. But do we still have any way to back up the data on the computer without having to log in? I do not want to turn on the laptop at the moment, because otherwise we risk that everything is suddenly gone.
An administrator account makes it easy to unlock other accounts.
