Can't log in to my laptop anymore?

Following problem:

After the last update, which was on March 31, 2019, my laptop hung after booting up the next day. I was able to do something like this for about 1 minute, but I noticed that he hung something. Then he got stuck (I think it was due to the autostart programs). Did the pc restarted but then came back the same problem. Today I have restarted it twice and after I wanted to log in the second time with my pin he has the following error message:

This login option is disabled because login attempts were incorrect or the device was repeatedly turned off. Use a different logon option or leave your device powered on for 2 hours and do not even try it

but how can I leave my device on for two hours even if it gets stuck in the login screen?

Maybe it works if I reset it?
