Laptop Wi-Fi connection to certain Wi-Fi not possible?

I can easily access the Wi-Fi (public university Wi-Fi) with my cell phone, until a few days ago also with the laptop, but now no connection is established with this Wi-Fi. However, it already connects to any other Wi-Fi (on the train, at home, …). What can that be?
