I currently have a problem with my laptop. Suddenly it showed me the error code "PHP Detected Fatal Error" when booting up and didn't boot anymore. In safe mode I searched for a long time and found the error in the "Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework" driver and deactivated it. So far everything has worked out again. New drivers installed and activated again for control purposes. But now I get the error code "Critical Process Died" and I can no longer enter the safe mode. Is there a way to delete the driver via cmd?
Have you already tried to delete the faulty driver (s) using the device manager?
Try installing Slim. Only suitable drivers are automatically uninstalled and installed.
No, I can't enter Safe Mode to do this.
Thanks for your answer, but how should I install this program if I can't boot up or not even in safe mode?
Then you have trouble.
You can enter cmd commands as you write.
So try with cmd… "sfc / SCANNOW"

Or restore the system with rstrui.exe

Otherwise with rescue CD

Only then can you set the drivers correctly with Slim.
Did it help too?
