How do I get the Packard Bell EasyNote into the BIOS?

I have in my laptop a new SSD (the SSD works fine) and 8 GB Ram (2x 4Gb) built. Unfortunately, my laptop recognizes only one of the two bars. I checked it several times. Both bars are installed correctly and I use Windows 10 64 bit.

Now I wanted to look in the bios, if I can change a few settings, so he recognizes both.
Unfortunately I do not come with Esc, F1, F2, F3, F3 … Etc., Entf bios.

Now my question, how do I get into bios?

And if any of you know, can I adjust that both bars are recognized?

Hold down the Shift key and click on "Restart" as far as I know

Thanks, I'll try it right away.

There it would then have the option "Troubleshooting" give it click and continue in "advanced options" here you will find the UEFI bios

If it worked, I would be glad about the most helpful answer.
