Hello I'm just trying to get the keyboard off to get to the motherboard but I notice that a cable is plugged into the things (that's clear) just how do I get that off you have to imagine I've unscrewed all the screws and everything around it "levered" only on the touchpad and the keyboard where I can easily see a cable and screw a few
I can't get the keyboard down or out

But the record is one means I can't just take out a touchpad or just a keyboard
If you unscrew it is possibly still available warranty.

Another tip:
Take photos of disassembling and, if they are of different lengths, collect the screws separately in small containers, if necessary, do it with shot glasses and make a note of exactly where the screws of different lengths have been unscrewed, because you have to reassemble the box…
I'm assuming that the bar with the speakers was also removed? These cables can be easily pulled out directly on the plug, or are locked with such a plastic part that you either have to pull out or open, without using force.
