Foggy picture after the start?

Since a couple of days have done an update on the laptop (Window 10)

Since then the background picture becomes sharply "foggy", out of focus.

Can you just reset that.

I tried with chip but somehow it is me, or seems so complicated.

Would be grateful for your help.

Try to use another wallpaper. Right click on desktop and "customize" or "design".
