How can I change that I use my gpu instead of my igpu?
Then that's enough for it.
Why should you change that?
By default, laptops run on the integrated graphics unit so that it uses less power.
A dedicated graphics unit (e.g. The GeForce GT 540M) is then used in games.

Yes, but in csgo I have almost 40 fps and the gt540m is 68% better than my igpu
25-40 fps in csgo?
The laptop actually "decides" itself when it needs the gpu or the igpu.
For less graphic-intensive tasks, the laptop runs over the igpu, among other things to save energy, and for graphic-intensive tasks, it automatically switches to the gpu in order to obtain the corresponding performance that the laptop needs. However, this also increases energy consumption and heat generation.
Then follow the link and see how to change this.
Perfect.
The GT 540M is very old. It's just slow.
Your picture shows the "PhysX function" as a purpose.
Only an integrated NVidia Geforce can calculate "PhysX" apart from normal graphics rendering. But then only "either - or" in this low performance class.
Switch off hardware-based "PhysX" in the game in question, then you also have higher FPS via the GT 540 M.
