Dd is a Unix tool with which you can write any values on the disk. It is therefore very useful to completely overwrite it with 0 and to safely delete all data. There are no consultants at the media market, only sellers.
Simply reinstall it using a Windows 10 stick. Since there's already Windows 10 on it, you don't need a key. You simply specify "I don't have a key" during the installation. Microsoft saves the hardware signature and as soon as you connect to the Internet it is recognized and Windows is activated.
