I have the following problem.
Internet to Fritzbox 7490 -> 100Mbit / s download
Internet on the PC, creates only 19Mbit / s download at measurement
If I connect to the LAN cable that controls this PC now another laptop, then I come to almost 100Mbit / s.
Motherboard I have the Z270 Gaming PRO CARBON from MSI (so should pack the 100Mbits)
Settings in the BIOS (or whatever that means with MSI) I've changed from Automatic to "full duplex 100Mbit / s), without success
What else is there for options and settings to improve this?
Take a look at Win Setup. There's a throttling setting there.
MSI writes something about "MSI Gaming LAN":

I've reset network settings
Can you give me a "way" to this attitude?
I've seen that nothing is limited to the network settings
