Laptop is no longer running without power supply?

I have a MEDION Erazer gaming notebook with 16GB Ram a 1050ti and an i7 of the 8th generation. Everything went well as always. Today I wanted to take the laptop to bed so I unplug the power adapter and suddenly it goes off and not on again. So I have power back in and he drives up but shows that he does not charge and 95% battery capacity is (LIKELY unlikely if the LAPTOP is permanently connected to power) Well, I've looked at the power options and once taken out the battery and 30 seconds for the power button pressed the battery back in and tadaaa nothing. Had to connect the power supply again.

Seems to be relatively new. Do not fret, return sand.

Yes that could already be more than 6 months old

That does not matter. You have a guarantee, unless you are a trade.

So RMA from Aldi or who knows what to request and send for repair.

Of course, look for a bill.

What do you want to annoy you with that? Does not bring anything.

Do not forget to back up your data.

Probably the battery is over. If you still have warranty, invoice search and resend, of course not without invoice and writing copy.

You probably have to renew the battery.

Basically, you should remove the battery, if you use the laptop for a while on the power, so that the battery is not constantly charged maximum.

Removal is often only possible with a screwdriver, because the manufacturers who make the battery sale, make it difficult for the expansion.

I have my own set in my laptop bag. It includes the right screwdriver, a battery pack and a pouch for the screws so they will not get lost.
