Good PC for the Sims 2, 3 and 4?

I would like to buy myself a new PC, because my current laptop is tired and not really well suited for the Sims games. I'm looking for a PC, on which you can play the following games with the highest graphics settings in a good mood.

The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection + Mods and CC
The Sims 3 + (almost) all extensions
(possibly) The Sims 4 and if, then with extensions, but this is not the most important

I'm aware of the minimum requirements and have already looked at some PCs. I do not know much about system requirements in general, especially when it comes to graphics cards. I wanted to ask if anyone can recommend certain PCs and tell me if the linked PCs would be suitable. The budget should be, if possible, not more than 800 euro.

All PCs are ok, but if you want to play Sims4+ mods it will be critical!

So either No. 2 or, which I think is better for your games:

Thank you for the fast answer! I will think about it.

Oh yes, I forgot something else:

I, if I were you, would never buy me a Shinobee PC, I have had very bad experiences with Shinobee!

Especially with this I was uncertain, because of the reviews

So

I have a laptop with a now relatively old i5-5500u. This is Sims 4 running with me. Although not with the highest graphics settings, but it works.
What I mean by that: For Sims no expensive gaming PC is necessary!
Basically, it's just important that the pc has decent RAM (at best DDR4), so at least 8GB, an SSD as a hard drive, since this is much faster than a normal HDD (does not affect the gaming performance, but the general handling of The Windows apps are greatly facilitated (faster boot time, faster opening apps, …) and I would on an i5 the 7th (i5-7xxx) or, if you find a good deal, the 8th generation (i5-8xxx) I do not really know myself with AMD, but I think the Ryzen 5 is comparable.
On the graphics card side, I'm not an expert, but Nvidia usually builds very solid and good copies and with a bit of Google work can also find out more there.
However, if the main goal is that Sims runs on it, I would not invest unnecessarily much money, because for Sims really not too much power is necessary - at least in my experience.
Good luck with the PC search and have fun playing!
