I've been looking for a Thunderbolt 3 dock for my laptop for months because I want to connect a 144 Hz monitor to it and don't want to have as many cables connected to the laptop. Because I'm often out and about and it is a bit annoying to unplug and unplug everything every time.
The Thunderbolt 3 Dock should have a LAN port, a DisplayPort port and at least one USB port. If you could also charge the laptop with the device so that you only have a single cable connected to the laptop, that would be ideal, but it is not a must.

Will not or never be able to. As far as I know, the protocol is not available.
