So I have a laptop designed for gaming and it gets as loud on Brick Rigs as a PS4 on RDR2. If Brick Rigs says nothing, it is an open world game like BeamNG only that it only needs 1GB VRAM and 4GB Ram I have however 4 GB VRAM and 16 GB RAM, why is it so loud?

You may need to dust it off and put it on the table when you play.

According to the Steam site (https://store.steampowered.com/app/552100/Brick_Rigs/), your 1GB VRAM and 4GB RAM is only the minimum requirement. So if you use higher settings and resolutions, the required performance will also be higher - this will make the components warmer, fans run higher, etc.

In the end it is and remains a laptop with sub-optimal cooling

Maybe a good cooler / fan is simply not installed. Laptops with poor cooling are unfortunately quite numerous. It can then be noisy even with medium load.

It is difficult to say how much your laptop is really busy because you have not given any information about the GPU or CPU. It's nice and good if you have a lot of memory, but if you have a slightly older GPU or CPU, it may also be that it has to be clocked so high that it gets quite warm in the laptop.

And last but not least, there may also be dust in the cooling system, which can also lead to high fan speeds.

Everything in the mobile version, so not comparable to the desktop version

nevertheless my statement applies - higher settings need more power => more cooling => louder

As I said: it is and remains a laptop…
