I'm 14 and have wireless internet access. I've been really upset lately. I've had the restriction since I was 11.
Back then still on the PS4 in the living room… I've had a PC for a good year now and I'm supposed to be on it every day and for an hour, it really gets on my nerves.
I can't talk to my parents.
I then used a MAC changer and could have unlimited Wi-Fi. My father then asked me what the 1000 IPs in parental controls are… He always pays attention to them.
I have no restrictions on my LAPTOP, currently I have a hotspot for gaming and watching films. My problem is sometimes I have a stable 20 ping with the hotspot and can play relaxed and sometimes a 300 or 100, so unplayable. Now I wonder what that is related to. I always have the same settings, no background programs open, etc… And still such a huge ping difference every time I turn on the hotspot. So I wanted to ask if who knows what this could be related to?
I know the MAC and IP of my LAPTOP and the gaming PC, because I have no limit for school on the LAPTOP. Ridiculous, I have a gaming PC and am supposed to use my laptop. Therefore, who knows how to swap MAC and IP of the devices. If I do something wrong, I'm not allowed to play anymore.
Either use a VPN or go to 198.162.0.1 and change the WLAN settings.
With dc1: 27469 / Index.html # / index you can get to the admin settings, monitoring etc. (at least in the school WLAN)
