Laptop Hotspot is not working, Windows 10?

I used to be able to create a hotspot on my laptop and connect to my phone. Yesterday, however, my laptop has made an update and since then, the hotspot on my phone is no longer displayed. Slightly below, the hotspot is based on 5 GHz network frequency and it may not be displayed on mobile phones that can receive a maximum of 2.4 GHz. After a bit of research, I found out how to downgrade the GHz from 5 to 2.4 by clicking on "Edit" in the hotspot settings. The hotspot is always set up on the frequency at which the laptop is also connected to a wireless router.

In other words, if the laptop is connected to a 5 Ghz Wi-Fi, the hotspot will also be built in the 5 Ghz frequency and vice versa.
