I ordered a laptop from bestware.com on July 11th, 2019.

I have the problem that games either can't be played smoothly or they crash.
I used the laptop for school until September, and occasionally played WoW on it and DBD.
Since I was visiting her parents with my girlfriend this weekend and I finally had time to gamble, I wanted to gamble different games and then the disenchantment came. Dead by Daylight crashes as soon as the lap starts, after restarting the laptop there's then another crash of DBD for 1-2 laps. In Minecraft I have 2 chunks with Optifine without shaders and without textures pack around 30-40FPS and it jerks. Minecraft was added 6GB.
Anyone have any idea what that could be?
What kind of answer should I give you without more detailed information about the temperature and clock rate of the CPU / GPU
Temperatures for the GPU and CPU are between 60 and 80 degrees. Fans run to the stop. CPU clock between 3.2 and 3.5 Ghz I can't say anything about the graphics card at the moment.
