Moin, today wanted to print an older table from my USB stick onto my new notebook. Nothing happens there. I do not know why that is. When I create a new Excel spreadsheet, it will print correctly as well as Word files. What can that be?

Su

Did you copy it onto a laptop or run it from the USB

Ag

I have it on the USB stick. I tried to copy the file on the desktop and then print it. Nothing happens anyway…

Your approach is unclear.

Sometimes restarting the laptop can also help.

If that doesn't work, make a copy of it. B. On the desktop> open it and try the printout again.

Alternatively, copy the content of the Exel file> paste it into an empty Exel page> Save> perform the printout.

Have you specified a print area that contains no data?

Look at the print preview.

". Print an older table from my USB stick to my new notebook." and ". Tried to copy the file to the desktop." - It's kind of nonsense, you have to load the file onto the notebook before you can copy or print it. Loading means dragging them into a folder and opening them (so you can see the table). No copying necessary. To do this, set "Print area" and then "Print". There with paper handling "All pages". (If "Only even pages" is set there, page 1 will of course not be printed).
