I've been seeing this for days. Since I have no idea what to do, I need your help.

Please only solutions in which I keep the files on the laptop as they are relatively important!

I think you should / could create a boot stick and boot your laptop from the stick if you are not very familiar with it, do some research on how to make a USB stick bootable and how to boot a computer from a stick
But you have to be careful that you select the correct one when booting so that your data is retained

Or you just try to check the boot sequence in the bios
